52 degrees 30 seconds
72 degrees 1 minute

Use primers MybB F and B44

cut KpnI (gel1) or HpyCH4V (gel2)

Alternative:
Use primers MYBB ex3F2 and MYBB ex3R2 and cut EagI (gel3).
