Registration fee: CHF 465

Board and lodging costs

  • Full board: CHF 383
  • Bedrooms at Monte Verità: from CHF 288 to CHF 528 depending on the room type + city tax (CHF 3.30 p/p & night).

Single rooms are limited. A few double rooms can be booked with single occupancy. Please contact us if you are considering this in order to check availability.

Payment process for self-paying participants

On the online platform, payment can only be made by credit card.

  1. By credit card: The registration fee must be paid on the CSF online platform (see instructions below) and can only be paid by credit card or TWINT.
  2. Money transfer: If a participant is unable to pay the registration fee by credit card, please contact us by email

The payment process consists of two separate steps. Read detailed instructions on a PDF [300 KB] or see the short version in the following section.

Step 1: Registering and payment of registration fee

Please register at the CSF online platform

Following registration and payment of registration fee, you will get two emails:

  • email 1: Confirming successful transfer of registration fee
  • email 2: A conference code needed for registration at the hotel Monte Verità (in step 2)

Step 2: Payment of meals and bedrooms

Participants must reserve and pay for meals and rooms directly on the booking page of the hotel Monte Verità

During registration, you have the possibility to upload an abstract. If you decide to submit the abstract later, you have to send it to OrgN@ips.unibe.ch (Pease use the template provided).
Deadline for abstracts to be considered for a talk: 1. December 2019
Deadline for abstracts to be included in the abstract booklet: 5. January 2020

Registration requires payment of both fees.

Cancellation policy

You have to cancel both registration and board and lodging separately.

  1. Participants should cancel their attendance by writing an email to OrgN@ips.unibe.ch (email date counts as cancellation date). Registration fee: NOT refundable
  2. Cancellation of board and lodging (Monte Verità terms and conditions apply)
    Cancellation of a booking must be communicated by email to Ms. Liliana Cantoreggi at Fondazione Monte Verità. The date of the email counts as cancellation date. Refund of the paid amount will be performed as follows:
  •  14 to 7 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the total amount due
  •  6 days to 24 hours prior to arrival date: 75 % of the total amount due
  •  <24 hours - no show: 100 % of the total amount due
  •  Earlier departure: 100 % of the total amount due

Please note that these are the terms of the Fondazione Monte Verità, our conference venue. The organizing committee of the conference is not the appropriate contact for commenting or discussing the above terms.

Liability
By registering and paying your fees, you accept all our terms and conditions [pdf, 50 KB]  listed.

The congress organizers cannot accept any liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage to property belonging to conference participants (or their accompanying persons), either during, or as a result of, the conference. Registration or accommodation fees do not include insurance.
